We are a Malaysian company which deals with Natural Gum Rubber (latex) , our manufacturing plant is based in Malaysia. We have now diversified into other types of rubber. We are now becoming a leader in manufacturing house grade rubber from factory rejects. NRG-90 is our high-grade gum rubber processed from factory rejected latex examination gloves. We are currently exporting to US, Australia, Vietnam, Philippines.
The process used in producing this grade is by using the application of mechanical shear breakdown with Oils and Chemicals. No fillers are added when producing this grade. Our process of producing house grade rubber is a new de-polymerization process and environmental friendly. Our process drastically reduces the chance of damaging the physical properties of the natural rubber, which conventional process cannot do.
We are the only factory that produces house grade rubber that is white, which is very suitable for manufacturers with colored rubber products hence replacing SMR L.
The result is we have a High Grade processed Rubber which has a rubber content of 90% , a low specific gravity of 0. 95 and very high physical properties. Products cost are the major consideration; a large quantity of NRG-90 can be used by substituting with the virgin polymer thereby resulting in the cost reduction. With the use of NRG-90 the high physical properties and improved process ability are achieved.
The manufacturing of rubber products, require a long time to masticate the virgin polymer breakdown. By using NRG-90 pre-mastication can be eliminated. This advantage also reduces the processing cost by saving electrical energy and time. As the specific gravity is also low, the cost per kilo is also reduced.
